Maa Mart was a highly successful local grocery chain in Vadodara, but they lacked a digital presence. They faced immense competition from national quick-commerce giants. They needed a robust, highly scalable digital platform to handle thousands of SKUs and orchestrate complex local delivery logistics without interrupting their physical store operations.
The Solution

And a comprehensive web dashboard for inventory management. Built on React Native and Node.js, the system easily manages high traffic loads during peak hours while syncing inventory with their physical POS systems.
